This giveaway is organized by 3dclouds ("The Promoter"). By participating in this giveaway, you agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding.
Geographic Scope: This giveaway is open to residents Worldwide, except where prohibited by local law or where shipping restrictions apply.
Excluded Countries: Due to shipping restrictions, sanctions, or delivery limitations, residents of the following countries are not eligible to participate: Afghanistan, Belarus, China, Cuba, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, and Yemen.
Age: Entrants must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) at the time of entry.
Employees of 3dclouds and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
The giveaway begins on 3rd January 2026 at 12:00 GMT and ends on 31st January 2026 at 23:59 GMT (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received after this period will not be considered.
To enter, participants must:
1. Complete the official entry form with your Name, Email Address, and Country of Residence.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Attempting to enter multiple times using different email addresses or identities will result in disqualification.
One (1) winner will be selected. Each winner will receive:
One (1) Minichord Synth with custom PCB Key Plate attachment included. The Minichord is a pocket-sized open-source synthesizer and the custom key plate for multi-touch chord and note playing.
Winners will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries within 5 days of the promotion end date.
Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry.
If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of the notification being sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Shipping Costs: The Promoter (3dclouds) will pay for the cost of standard international shipping to the winner's provided address.
Customs & Taxes (Important): The Winner is solely responsible for any and all local taxes, customs duties, import fees, VAT, or other charges incurred upon the receipt of the prize. 3dclouds will not cover these fees.
Customs Declaration: The prize will be declared as "Electronic Musical Instrument / Synthesizer" with its truthful manufacturing value. We cannot mark items as "Gift" to avoid customs duties, as this is illegal.
